Sales Director/Manager(Europe)

岗位职责:

This position is responsible for achieving sales and profitability objectives in Europe. The position will develop and implement key account strategies; develop new accounts and gather current market information in order to realize these goals with the objective of increasing market share and profit goals. This position will also be responsible for supporting order processing by the customer service team in Shanghai, China and working with the regional warehouse in Hamburg, Germany.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company’s goals in key financial performance indicators;
- Participate actively in business decisions to enhance the overall performance of the business unit and the company;
- Maintain strong relations and market share with existing customers;
- Develop new customers in order to increase market share;
- Work closely with production, logistic and support personnel in the company.

任职要求:

- Bsc degree above. Prefer in Polymer Science or Chemistry and relative majors;

- At least 8 years’ solid experience in sales & marketing management experience in industrial products, preferably from the chemical or polymer industry;
- Strong market analytical skills, communication and negotiation skills and people management skills; 
- Result orientated, strive for successful and good goal management skill.

Sales Director/Manager(United States)

岗位职责:

This position is responsible for developing our renewable polyamide business resulting in achieving sales and profitability objectives in Americas. The position will develop and implement key account strategies; develop new accounts and gather current market information in order to realize these goals with the objective of increasing market share and profit goals. This position will also be responsible for supporting order processing by the customer service team in Shanghai, China and working with the regional warehouse in U.S.
The immediate focus of this position will be on three key areas: 
- Renewable polyamide sales and market development;
- Renewable diamine sales and market development;
- Long Chain diacid sales and market development.
